What service can you expect when you order a certified translation?

At Comtext Sprachenservice, every translation of official documents is carried out by sworn specialist translators and carefully checked in accordance with the four-eyes principle before being stamped and signed. By having our work regularly audited by DEKRA in accordance with the international quality standard ISO 17100, we also guarantee a high and recognized standard of transparency and legality at all times.

These quality standards for certified translations apply to all customers, from private individuals and companies to public authorities and educational institutions. After all, a professional and error-free translation is essential for your documents to be recognized and legally valid in any location of your choice.

All certified translations produced by us comply with the official requirements and are recognized by the authorities in Germany. For special requirements, please use the comment function at the end of the ordering process.

Some authorities require the certified translation to be stapled together with the original of the source text or with a certified copy. You are welcome to send this to our office by post for stapling. We will coordinate this with you individually if required.
